Automation with a clear reason

Useful calculations.
You stay in control.

Core workout progression and nutrition totals run on defined rules. You can understand the calculation, change the settings and edit a target before you train.

Targets come from your own records and settings. NextSet does not assess your technique or prescribe a personal training or nutrition plan.

A few things to know.

Can I use NextSet on my phone?

The web preview works in a mobile browser as well as on desktop. Native iOS and Android integrations are still undergoing device verification; no app-store release is offered here.

Does NextSet cost anything during the preview?

The current web preview is free to access with an account. Purchases are disabled while payment and release checks are completed.

How does automatic progression work?

For each exercise, reaching the top of your rep range on every recorded set increases the next weight by your chosen increment and resets reps to the bottom of the range. Otherwise, sets below the maximum gain one rep. You can edit the result.

Where are my records kept?

Completed workouts and wellness records use your signed-in account. Unfinished workouts and some settings use account-scoped storage on the current device. Wellness edits waiting for account confirmation are labeled on the device. Sync & recovery offers retries, conflict review and a private device backup. Older device records can be reviewed and recovered with explicit ownership confirmation. Use Export account data in Settings to download your cloud records and saved records from this device. The export is a data copy, not an automatic restore file.
